Shipping information and costs

This section tells you everything you need to know about our terms and conditions for shipping and delivery as well as any associated costs.
It also contains all relevant information about shipping, delivery times and returns.

General shipping information

The prices on www.jethrotull.store include applicable VAT and other price components.

We ship to addresses in Germany, the EU and other European countries (see Countries we ship to below). Orders are shipped as insured parcels with DHL. It is possible to deliver to DHL Packstations anywhere.

Delivery times

Delivery to addresses in Germany takes 3–5 working days and to addresses in all other countries 10–14 working days, unless otherwise indicated in the article description. At Rough Road GmbH, Monday to Friday are working days. This does not include bank holidays in Germany and in the relevant German federal state. Orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays. Parcels within Germany are shipped using DHL. The parcel will leave our warehouse as soon as all the articles in the order are available in the warehouse. The customer will be informed immediately of any other delays.

Notes on international shipping:

Shipping to addresses in Member States of the EU (excluding Germany) takes up to 14 working days. At CE Community Editions GmbH, Monday to Friday are working days. We would like to draw customers’ attention to the fact that the Community Editions Shop has no influence over delays caused by customs, other authorities, or postal companies outside Germany.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, some additional costs may apply in individual cases. These costs have nothing to do with Rough Road GmbH and must be borne by you. Such costs include the costs associated with money transfers by credit institutes (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g. customs duties). Returns

The consumer bears the direct cost of returning goods arising from the right to cancel. To this end, please copy the Cancellation form, complete it, and send it to us by e-mail. Any other clear statement to this effect is also deemed sufficient. Now you can send the package to our fulfillment service provider.

Should there be any problems with the delivery of your order or if you would like to return your order, please contact customer support by sending an e-mail to hello@jehtrotull.store. 

All returns must be sent to our fulfillment service provider only.
